Voucher Redemption
Thanks so much for buying one of our vouchers, we hope you can join us soon.
Emmilou is a small boutique venue, and we try to balance the high demand for reservations equally between our voucher, a la carte and function bookings. As a result please understand that your first preference may not be available and many weekends are fully booked several months in advance. We do however have plenty of availability for our midweek time-slots Monday through Thursday and we offer exactly the same experience any night of the week.
If you would like to book with more than one voucher for tables of four or more please e-mail us at subscriptions@emmilou.com.au and allow up to 24 hours for a response. We would be only too happy to assist.
If you have any dietary requirements or special requests, perhaps you’re celebrating a special occasion or something of the like then please feel free to let us know by noting it in the special requests field and we would be only too happy to make sure your every need is catered to.
Oh and also if you could kindly fill in your voucher number AND redemption code in this field that would be great as we do need them to validate your booking.

If the website says 'no tables allocated' for a particular day, it means we are fully booked. Please try a different night rather than ringing the restaurant.
Reservations made without voucher number AND redemption code will not be accepted. 24 hour cancellation / change policy. No shows will instantly void the voucher
